As I posted when JB became the Dem nominee for POTUS: The Dems are demonstrating that they can nominate an ape for office, get it elected and there is nothing anyone can do about it. The proof of that is playing out now in the wake of the SC Report.
As I have been posting today, it seems to me the perfect GOP ploy would be to push forward on impeachment of Joe. They now have documented (DoJ) proof that Joe committed a crime (and there are other crimes and misdemeanors❗). The scum Dems cannot plead 'poor old Uncle Joe' because they are defending him as sharp and clever in dealing with the responsibilities of his office.

nothing in Article II section 4 says when the high crime and misdemeanors happened.
