This is insane, the US State Dept forced all Ukrainians to tie their financial assets to their smartphones by developing the DIIA “State-In-Smartphone” app for Ukraine, and now Ukrainians who try not to die will have all their assets seized...

Well, the US Dept. of Defense has already admitted they were running 40 plus bio/chem research facilities in Ukeland. Creating jobs, doncha know? Somebody has to pay for all that criminal activity. And remember when Obozo was kicking cans thru one of the Uke plants. And then Pootin got soreaxx over all those plants? Running their free phones might be the least of the Ukes problems.
