Despite ongoing erosion threatening the Larache archaeological site's longevity, the footprints were likely preserved due to the favourable beach layout, fair-weather wave conditions, and tidal reach.

If these are "ice age footprints," then how come the oceans didn't rise during any of the Earth's past global warming periods to the point where these footprints were washed away by the rising oceans?

Isn't that what happens during climate change, or is it only during OUR climate change?
