Yummy stuff. But only in small amounts. I bought a small bag of dried kelp harvested in clean waters off Maine. Saw on a PBS special, bought on AMZ. $16, will last about two years. Put kelp and lemon juice on Alaskan Salmon Patties from Costco, Yum. And great, natural source of iodine. I don’t eat salt, not good for heart, and this little bag has an abundance of salt.

Fellow in photo has enough (salty) kelp in his hands to supply a city for a year. Would kill off thousands of “useless eaters”, high on the WEF agenda.
