Trump isn’t really running for the Republican nomination. The Republican party is Swamp. He is using it as an instrument, and deep down they know it.
What they have not wrapped their mind around yet is Trump can run, and win, from jail. They are not going to un-nominate him if convicted of something.
His voters have zero loyalty to the party, because it is Swamp. The party had better marshall every Republican in office in support of a jailed Trump, informing them that anyone who is tepid or negative in support will lose all campaign money. Anything less is rejecting their own nominee.
If Haley is are nominee, you can expect a huge drop in enthusiasm. We’ll lose at least 10,000,000 Trump voters from 2020 at the minimum.

Time will tell....the GOP donor clowns are supposedly smart investors, but I’m not seeing it.
Haley implied that Trump is losing it mentally when she spoke about when he said Nancy Pelosi’s name instead of Nikki Haley’s. Who hasn’t made a similar mistake before? I for one, called my wife using an ex-girlfriend’s name. Yikes! If Haley is making a claim about Trump’s age using an exaggerated example of Trump’s unfitness, it shows the thought processes of Haley who has yet to win. Her donors are just wasting their money on her.
Donor class includes foreign govs and possibly drug cartels. We are not in Kansas and Dorothy has been child trafficked. Toto is cage fighting.
