“Likely” is irrelevant. Where is any evidence that contradicts the coroner report? Is there any evidence another person was even present?
Not liking a suspect (or an evil suspect) isn’t evidence either, BTW. Even serial murderers aren’t guilty of the murders they didn’t commit.
I don’t know. There has always been a cloud of suspicion around Joe’s little head..
