From LBJ's "Great Society" on it's been all about keeping the blacks, who were doing magnificently on the basis of hard work and earned respect from fellow citizens up to the 1960s in a forced attitude of victim-hood and unfairly oppressed by a ghostly-yet-somehow-real scheme to keep them all "enslaved" through denied avenues that whites supposedly enjoyed from the circumstance of birth.
