My guess would be that she graduated at the top of her class. She wanted to freeze the bank accounts of every Canadian who donated to the truckers and prosecute them for participating in what she called the attempted overthrow of the government. She’s so certain of her righteousness that she doesn’t even try to hide her tyrannical mindset. God help the world if she ever gets into a position of real power.
