If I’m Pres. Biden, I call a National Emergency. Then call up the Texas National Guard and wish them into the cornfield.

If I'm Texas, I deputize the entire Texas National Guard to the Texas Rangers and refuse to let them go. Imagine a state full of Ranger Walkers.
