It looks to me like the T-90 took a lot of multiple hits from the Bradley 25mm gun which did a lot of damage to the tanks systems and running gear.

The tank took a lot of hits to the forward section of the turret where the cannon and turret traverses mechanisms are located . A round in the cannon cooked off and did a bit of damage.

The hull of the tank seems to have survived the attack and the crew was lucky to have survived
