They’re also extremely popular on Free Republic these days. Far too many posters will chime in on certain topics as if someone blew a dog whistle. And instead of responding to the topic they distract from it, try to start a new discussion, they attack the person posting it, they attack whoever wrote it, and etc.
Jim Robinson asked for less propaganda on FR and I would hope to support his wish by making more people aware of propaganda techniques and in the other post today I also put up a reference on Logical Fallacies.
I’ve been on FR since 2009 and would love to see the level of discussion here go back to what it used to be.
