Scary stuff. Get to the heart doc regularly and get on meds if your cholesterol and BP is too high which is what I’m on. I’m 62 now but last year like a lunatic, I didn’t get a check up for 10 years and I was getting a lot of chest pains, headaches, blurred vision - which BTW I was blaming on the Fauci clot shot - and finally went to the doc and he said my BP was so high he was considering sending me to the emergency room. It was around 180/130, just insane hypertension. I asked him “Does this mean I could have a heart attack” and he said, “no, it means you WILL have a heart attack.” Now it’s down around 130/80 which is still hypertesion but I’m working on it.
Really? Is cholesterol actually shown to be a good predictor of hear health?
