How many times do you people need to be told Article II Section 1 is no longer applicable? It doesn't matter. They will keep repeating ad nauseam. They think bringing up clauses and articles and sub sections and sub subsections and sub sub subsections makes them look smart.

Levin to head his old stomping ground the DOJ and clean that nest of vipers out. On that note, Flynn sweeps out the Pentagon and Polk County, Florida Sheriff Grady Judd to the FBI.
Because Arpaio's just too old now. Found this item on Judd:
Sheriff Grady and several deputies, years ago, were trying to arrest a criminal who opened fire on them. A liberal reporter very caustically asked why the perp was shot 28 times. Sheriff Grady responded: "We ran out of ammunition."
