Partly false claim. Some vaccines contain small amounts of formaldehyde, aluminum, gelatin, urea, potassium phosphate, human albumin, polysorbate 80, 2-phenoxyethanol, yeast protein and monosodium L-glutamate but the presence of these substances does not pose a credible safety concern.
Reuters is continuously wrong about PResident Trump, Biden, Covid and COvid ‘vaccines’ etc., so I don’t value anything else they have to say.

Absolutely correct. For example, most cereals contain trace amounts of mouse poop. And that because mice get into grain bins, and it’s very difficult to completely remove every bit of their droppings.
Should we get all worked up about this? No, because the key phrase in the above is “trace amounts”.
So what about the stuff that’s in vaccines? As you noted, no real decision can be made unless we know the percentages.
