I've never seen that on an electronic sign. I do appreciate informational signs like "I 30 - 15 miles, 12 minutes" in Dallas. Much more useful than 'congestion ahead'.

I live in a small state so borders are always nearby. My wife takes it as a challenge. The sign says 12 minutes, I’ll do it in 11
