I just watched a movie on Netflix over the weekend called “99 Houses”. It was all about the real estate collapse in Orlando, FL during the Great Recession.
The main character was a house framer/carpenter. He was without work and ends up having his house foreclosed by Fannie Mae. He ends up working for the real estate agent who foreclosed his house.
Ouch…
I would say something is definitely wrong, but I said the same thing last year.
Maybe they can keep giving the junkie heroin indefinitely…
