I *hate* conspiracy theories, but this one is too obvious.

Step (1): Create a problem using government mandated “vaccines.” Make billion$.

Step (2): Create treatments for that problem. Make more billion$.

Of course, Step 3) is to make those billion$ worth nothing.

But, I am not sure these clowns can think that far ahead…
