Pajama boy came out early in Hussein Obama’s 8 year reign.
Hussein came on TV after his coronation and claimed it as Obama Care…his work.
It did not become the Affordable Care Act until his last year of his reign as he tried to distance himself from the SNAFU he created.

The law was formally titled the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act back in 2010. It was never disavowed by Obama; he actually
touted it strongly less than a month before Trump won in 2016.
