The Portland area is in the First Congressional district; 20% of the land mass of the state. A very liberal area that calls the shots in this state.
That’s fine get it? It’s now up to the states-something we fought 50 years for.
Now the state of Maine gets to have their own internal discussion over the issue. More local. That means more intense. Time is now on our side but only if we’re smarter-too much to ask.
