The Israelis have already detected Ukraine weapons in the hands of Hamas.

From both captured by Russians and transferred, and sold off on the black market by Ukrainians.

What the articles SAYS is that Israel is worried that American weapons captured by Russian forces are being transferred to Iran, and might be copied and supplied by Iran to Hamas.

yeah... except that US weapons were in the hands of Hamas by way of Afghanistan.... Remember, Biden gave the Taliban $billions in US arms and equipment. Stuff began showing up among several Palestinian terror groups long ago.
