People around here still think they can drive on ice....as we know ,they can't!
I'm off for the big freeze that hits our area of East Texas on Monday morn! ;)
Ice is horrifying. We had a bad ice storm in 2008. We were out of power for 7 days in the middle of a very cold December. Once in 200 year storm because I had a 200 year old oak tree that split down the middle from it. I now have a whole house generator and will for the rest of my days no matter where I wind up. The new house will be auto standby.
