While I don’t know and pretty much don’t care, where Tyson buys their chicken feed, remember that complicated incident last summer when Purina got caught degrading their chicken feed? The Foster Farms guys, who feed something over 20 million chickens in Kali, refused a train load of chicken feed because it was sub-standard protein-wise. There were stories from all over the country about hens not laying and it caused the great egg panic of 2023?
I’d have to wonder if substandard feed would work to degrade the food value of, say, a broiler? It’s enough to turn one into a “label reader” if not already.

I haven’t noticed anything unusual and our chickens are older so they don’t lay every day. Quite frankly I’m done with it all. When these three are done so am I.
