With regards to Vivek playing a part in Trump's staff, and since Vivek is so attached to Big Pharma, would he be useful in a crash program to bring pharma back to our shores, and be less dependent on China and other nations?

I'm thinking like when crooked Joseph Kennedy, Sr was brought in to create the SEC.
