It could also open the door to prior planning by not only the Capital Police (and Pelosi’s involvement) relevant video prior to and just after, and the officer’s propensity to mis-handle firearms. That’s why I think they won’t take the risk of discovery and offer a sizable settlement.

It would be nice if Aaron Babbitt gets a good settlement without going through a trial...

At a trial, Justice Department could bring up some bad incident involving Ashli Babbitt...

At one time, Ashli was married to somebody else...Aaron lived with another woman...Ashli and Aaron fell in love...Aaron's girlfriend called Ashli's husband...Then Ashli rammed that woman's car with her SUV...Ashli knocked on the window of that woman's car...She wanted to fight...

That woman's name is Celeste Norris...She even got a restraining order against Ashli...Norris got the money for the damage from Ashli's insurance company...

‘I Lived in Fear’: Woman Speaks Out About Time Ashli Babbitt Rammed SUV Into Her Car

I doubt that Aaron wants to sit through a trial while Justice Department lawyers are portraying his wife in a very negative way...

Do not misunderstand...There is nothing wrong with Aaron Babbitt filing a lawsuit...I just want to point out that it will be not easy...

That’s an interesting piece of information. The only question I would have is it relevant? Could the government get it admitted to show Ashley was involved in a previous violent act? Is it relevant to the case at hand? Could the plaintiff negate the impact by stipulating she had a previous restraining order?

How about some FR practicing attorneys weighing in on the legal strategy that may be used on both sides?
