The flu has been around for years, even during Covid, yet the CDC or the NHIS never ordered masks be worn any year the flu was in full swing. I was hospitalized in January of 2016 due to dehydration and my electrolytes being messed up. I didn’t have the flu. The hospital was overwhelmed with flu cases, to the point that they had to open up another wing of the hospital that had been closed for a long time. No masks were required of the patients or the staff, and no visits were restricted either. Life went on as usual in the hospital. This is all such a crock of $hit.
