Superior to masks is a few inches of sand. Dig a hole, insert head beyond chin an inch, fill in.
And you wont know if another walks by insufficiently masked!
Even studies from 15-20 years ago, using medical professionals who were trained to wear masks properly, showed no significant efficacy in preventing the flu.
Yes, the Spanish Flu Epidemic, but I was talking about the fact that the flu has been around for ages, and been severe in more years than just 1918+, yet it's only now that they are recommending masks. In 1918, masks were ordered worn in October and November, and ended just before the Armistice. When San Francisco tried to introduce another mask order, it met very high resistance. Mask orders in the 21st Century is pure fear-mongering.
One would almost think there was a US Election cycle coming up.
