I watched a documentary on Amazon Prime, “Filling in the Blanks”, that was about three Jewish brothers born at Mount Sinai hospital with different sperm donor fathers but their parents never told them.   It turns out that interns at the hospital had donated their sperm for untold hundreds of children in the 1950's going forward.

The identified mothers had no remorse and no regrets, possibly with the anguish of The Holocaust laying heavily on their psyches.
