Speaking of hitting the iceberg....I read that the Titanic was built like an ice breaker ship, and should have just plowed thru the iceberg.

I’ve seen ice breakers and they just go right thru the ice.

Ice breakers (ships) aren't designed to break up icebergs. They are designed to break ice crusts covering the sea.
