"A little-known judicial advocacy organization funded by left-wing nonprofits is quietly training judges nationwide on preparing for cases related to climate change, according to a Fox News Digital review."

Tampering.

This is not the study of law, this is the propagation of radical theology. Because environmentalism is much more of a cult than with any basis in science, different rules apply, much like the kind of “law” that comes out of Islam.

Sharia “law” is whatever best benefits the imams and ayatollahs in their administration of a command-and-control authoritarian regime. Highly flexible in its interpretation, the very meanings of the words used in stating the “law” change depending on the application.

Example: “Let not one drop of strong drink pass these lips.” This prohibition is bypassed easily by the dipping of the pinkie finger into the freshly poured shot of whiskey, holding that finger off to the side until one drop of the whiskey falls to the floor, then the remainder of the shot may be consumed with a “clear conscience”. Allah is not offended.

In a similar manner, if “n” number of trees are planted, the excessive consumption of carbon-based fuels is excused. Gaia is not offended.

______

Exactly. All of these judges should be required to recuse themselves from any case involving the environment.
