As far as I can tell this birth certificate, which I first saw on FR in 2009, is genuine:

That birth certificate he showed from Hawaii, had the name of the hospital listed as current. When he was born, that hospital had a different name.. The one he showed was a copy with whatever they wanted made public. They forgot to change the hospital name

Yes, I believe that is his real birth certificate.
Just the way the guy acquired it gives it credibility.
