The European Union agreed on the 12th package of sanctions against Russia. Among the restrictive measures is the introduction of a gradual ban on diamond imports from the federation from January 1st. From the beginning of 2024, European companies will have to provide evidence that they adhere to the “price ceiling” on Russian oil.
