The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired the HIMARS multiple-launch rocket system at the Russian Buk air defence system in Donetsk Oblast.

DETAILS:
Operators of the 3rd Separate SOF Regiment, during reconnaissance operations on the Donetsk front, recorded a Buk-M2 anti-aircraft missile system and a 9S36 radar station, which is part of the system.
The Buk air defense system is designed, in particular, to hit aircraft, tactical ballistic and aircraft missiles, as well as surface and ground targets.

It is noted that the SOF operators directed the fire of a Rocket Forces unit of the Defense Forces at a Russian Buk-M2 and a radar station. As a result of professional adjustment and accurate fire, Russian equipment was destroyed.
