RevMom probably gathers these pieces of information (or what you mistakenly refer to as propaganda) over a period of a number of hours, then delivers them to the comments process one after the other, and gets on with her day. Timing would also be affected by the fact that it is daytime 7 or 8 hours earlier in Ukraine, than in the US east coast.

It’s been proven that mommy doesn’t even read most of the garbage she posts.

Thanks for your clarification and incorrect notion of propaganda embedded therein. Everyone does propaganda, even you.
2
: the spreading of ideas, information, or rumor for the purpose of helping or injuring an institution, a cause, or a person
3
: ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one's cause or to damage an opposing cause

Merrian-Webster -- propaganda

"information, ideas, opinions, or images, often only giving one part of an argument, that are broadcast, published, or in some other way spread with the intention of influencing people's opinions:" Cambridge Dictionary - propaganda

"In the 20th century, the English term propaganda was often associated with a manipulative approach, but historically, propaganda has been a neutral descriptive term of any material that promotes certain opinions or ideologies.[1][3] Equivalent non-English terms have also largely retained the original neutral connotation."

Wiki - propaganda

You might disagree, but propaganda is propaganda is propaganda.
