I would give up my vote if it would save America, too, but I don’t think it will. So do I have to give it up?

I don’t think women having a vote was a mistake, but I think the Feminist movement was a mistake. I say that as a happily married, college- educated and career-minded-working-before-I-had-kids-stay-at-home mom. Now I’m an empty nester with the one love of my life of 45 years.

I don’t relish the idea of being a woman/wife in Afghanistan or in Archie’s America. Thank the good Lord that I’m not.

Since you prefer the America of today to the America of the past and in fact keep comparing it to Afghanistan I question why you would be on a conservative site.

Yes. It was a mistake. In the long run, women favors security, not liberty. So they will always vote for big government. So this will favor politicians like Gavin Newsom and Bill Clinton. Ultimately, every citizen will lose their liberties.
