Just for that, I'm keeping my 2400SF 3BR 4BA Townhome and these millenial/gen-x'ers/whatever the eff they are can kiss my ass. I was going to downsize and pay cash for something smaller, not going to do so anymore. This place is paid for, owe $0 on it. No need to move now. Hell, I'll stay here just to piss them off some more!

we looked into moving this year- it was an expensive proposition when we don’t have to do it.
i’ll reassess in 10 years, maybe by then i will have to bite the bullet.
But now i am enjoying my house pool and privacy and it’s been paid off for years.
