Absolutely not. Every fork and distro does that themselves from their own volunteer servers and services.

I didn’t mean to come off as rude, but here is the reality of volunteerism in Linux. Here are personal source server mirrors to get certain distros from. They are private and numerous. The Linux foundation has nothing to do with it.
