I said that on another thread of this topic yesterday. Now with Delta confirming “they’re aware” it’s just a matter of days. Those days are needed to sort out the legal ease of the situation. Yep the dude will be fired and I pray he sues the pants off Delta.
If fired I hope the employee sues the crap out of Delta and the mentally ill cross dressing dude. The first piece of evidence should be the freak’s chromosome test.
