Any outside voice is scoffed at and belittled. if there is threat to their world view, sacred cows, or group dynamic it is ridiculed until the guilty verdict has been rendered by the judge or public opinion. then they throw the offender under the bus to protect the rest and continue on thier merry way like nothing happened (confirmation bias).
