On 24 August 2022 it was reported Novocherkassk and sister ship Caesar Kunikov were out of action due to lack of spare parts to repair the ships. The lack of spare parts was attributed to the sanctions imposed on Russia.[9]
On 26 December 2023, the ship was reportedly destroyed by the Ukrainian Air Force.[10][11]
So, by your logic, if a US soldier shoots an enemy with his M9 Beretta pistol, that was an Italian action.
Looks like a large secondary explosion. The ship may have been loaded with fuel or munitions.
Since it was hit in Feodosiya, it must have been moving around pretty good.

That’s trite.
Major weapons systems like Storm Shadow are significantly different than commodities like handguns. So, absolutely, it was a “kill” by Britain in what everyone with a shred of honesty recognizes is a proxy war. Without NATO help Ukraine couldn’t find its own ass with both hands and a flashlight.
But I suspect you already know that. However, like the typical zeeper, you’re comfortable with dissembling and false logic.
