Because condoms were the missing element in their lives. That missing element was the source of their hostilities. Now, we live in a much safer world. It will just take time, as well as, the press talking about the positive results it has brought to that region. If it ultimately fails, it’s because the press hasn’t paid enough attention, and thus the citizens are uninformed, but it was money well spent. 🤣
