I have NEVER in my life taken a flu vaccine, had the flu ONCE in my life, I was 19 it was the Hong Kong flu!! I did get Covid I am 70 doubled up on my supplements and came through it just fine!! I think we are ALL a lot safer with NO vaccines let your immune system just do its job!! When you get older take Zinc, C and D3 everyday!!!
That is because everybody who presented flu symptoms was automatically classified as COVID positive.
Even people who were killed in motorcycle accidents or died from gunshots were classified as COVID positive.

It appears that optimal doses of d3 and k2 may be signicantly higher than the minimal doses that are usually recommended—especially as people spent more time in the sun when minimal dose standards were created.

Great that works for ya. Doesn’t for me although I’ve been on same for over 10 years (keep taking because it’s cheap and might still have other benefits).
I take k2 also — for the calcium metabolism side of things. Still no beneficial effect on “winter viruses”.

Now its also the case that covid mutated into steadily less virulent forms as time has passed.
the people who really suffer are people who things like auto immune diseases, or chronic disease, or carry too much weight, or live with house hold mold or have prior viruses that are still lodged in their systems. What all these thing have in commen —is that they degrade your innate immune system. so it doesn’t have the power to fight off the pathogens.
Only at very, very high doses of k2 — far more than OTC supplements.
Simple response - DON’T TAKE THEM.

I haven't had a flu vaccination since the ill-fated "Swine Flu Epidemic" vaccination program in 1976. I was fooled into believing it would be helpful. Then they shut down the program after 50 people died from what was said to be adverse effects from that vaccine.
Oops! That was the end of flu vaccines for me.
I have had one case of the flu since then. That was treated with rest and a lot of fluids. Things seem to have turned out ok.
I did get the Pneumovax (P-23) when I got older. I noted that the doctor told me, "do not take any other vaccinations for 3 months after taking the P-23 vaccination".
I did not get any adverse reactions from P-23. It is supposedly good for about ten years. So far, so good.
They are converting all vaccines over to mRNA ... best to check before any vaccine.

But, after so much investment in mRNA technology, with both stockholder's AND taxpayer's capital, they decided to just put lipstick on a pig and find ways to throw their crap out to the public by force, and on the taxpayer's dime. The only way they could get anyone to believe in it was to piggy-back on the trust people had in "vaccines". Call it a "vaccine", scare people to death, force them to need it, reward the pushers, and rake in the dough.

Update on my condition. saw my doctor last week and after sticking his finger up my butt, reassured me that my prostate is normal......Yay!

I have never gotten a flu shot in my life. I got the flu maybe once or twice. The flu shot is a scam.
