Emphasizing that I am not medically trained, I still wonder if medical history might have turned out happier if vitamin D3 had been discovered before vaccines were discovered and CV19 experimental jabs had been invented.

The cold and flu strains of the world have been getting passed around at jet-age speed the last few decades. I think everyone's immune system has identified and mustered a defense against so many strains it's harder and harder to get a serious case of these diseases lately, unless your immune system is weakened (thus, an immune system antagonist, the "jab", was created to restore a robust market for pharmaceuticals).

The worst flu infections I had were in the 60's, early on in the jet age, and haven't had anything like them since. I've only had one flu shot in my life. I've had 3 colds in the Covid era, so the variants can still make inroads, but G*d's mechanism to protect the human body still works just fine sans any mRNA interference: the infections go away eventually.

I've read that viruses compete with one another for suckers--I mean, "hosts"--and when one virus is occupying a body's cells, it keeps other viruses out.

I haven't had the flu since freshman year in college (I'm 68), when I came down with viral pneumonia (which was horrible and debilitating). I've never had a "flu shot" of any kind.

During the Wu-Flu period, I got a little half-assed "fever" a couple of times that was actually only 98 degrees--well below fever grade if you're normal, but my normal temperature is 97, so I'm odd. Considering the timing, it was probably the China Bug.

I took IVM for those two occurrences and it wiped them out completely in about a day-and-a-half.

IMHO the flu vaccine’s effectiveness depends on factors related to travel in your area (lots of travelers means less effectiveness from flu shot). And that effectiveness has dwindled over the years but still may be good in areas that aren’t tourist destinations.

The protocols created for Covid are anti-viral in general. You could use the Covid Protocols of Zelensky, or America’s Frontline doctors etc. for anti-virals (selections from Quercitin, Ivermectin, HCQ, Docyclycline, z-Pak and specific vitamins and minerals).
The PCR ‘test’ for Covid was not designed to identify the Covid virus, but was based on a ‘related coronavirus’. People who were told they were positive for Covid, whether or not it was actual covid or related corona viruses, did very well using protocols developed by Zelenko and others.

I had a flu shot in 2017 and a few days later had a nasty arthritis flare up. Needless to say I now avoid shots and I didn't get the covid vax. I take 5000iu of vitamin D everyday. I came down with a cold a few days ago and I've been treating it with Ivermectin, which seems to be working.
