What a country we have. One where the Federal government not only doesn’t the laws, but helps people violate them. Then when States try to enforce the laws they are taken to court not only by the Federal government but leftist organizations as well. And what happens, Leftist judges side with those not enforcing the law. Judges then wonder why they have zero credibility with most of the American people. Although, to that last point, those judges are so wrapped up in their Leftist ideology that they don’t even think about their credibility.

Watch over the next few weeks how the same people who genuflect over the 14th amendment section 3 will ignore or dismiss Article I section 10 clause 3 and Article IV section 4.

Article I section 10 clause 3

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Article IV section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
