Huge problem where I life in So Cal - there is a long, straight roadway with few lights near where I live - that are mostly green overnight - so idiots get on there and race at speeds of up to 100 mph. These are not professional - or even very good - drivers.
In 2021, three teens were killed when a speeding car t-boned their car and split it in half, a fourth was critically injured:
“A 19-year-old and an unidentified 17-year-old were both arrested on suspicion of three counts each of murder and one count each of reckless driving.”
A few years ago around Ontario CA I
think, 5 teen boys were killed in a car
being driven 100mph or so; at one point
one texted YOLO (You Only Live Once)
