I am currently skipping the K2 for that. I am using Magnesium Glycinate along with D3 to counteract the D3 calcification problem. I take 10000 units D3 daily.

There is magnesium Bi-Glycinate by NOW FOODS (at Amazon and others___ Try Vitacost!) which is even gentler as far as magnesium giving some (just some!) people the runs or loose bowel movements.

Only negative for the Bi-Glycinate is that there is less magnesium per volume. The Magnesium gets diluted by being welded to two glycine molecules instead of one.

Of all the magnesium supplements I see the glycinate and bi-glycinate the most popular and most recommended.
