There are cbd brands with no thc. Under the farm bill, cbd hemp can have up to .3% thc and still be legal, but might show up on a drug test, so this stuff is great. Not everything works for everyone, but for me this is a God send.
Have you tried PEA ? I take the LIPO tablets for my hand, and yes also consider it a godsend. :). Plus more scientific and fully legal.
