I’ve been using it for about six months and is is helping with all of the things big pharma has been pushing on me; blood pressure, cholesterol, inflammation, stress, insomnia....
I found the best dosage for me is 2100 mg capsules that are a mix of ashwagandha root and ashwagandha extract. Either one in the morning and one in the evening, or two before bedtime.
The calming effect was noticed the first night. Not a drugged stupor, just a calm feeling.

Also, when I mention it to my health professionals, they all praise it but cannot recommend it since the all knowing and ever truthful FDA hasn’t approved it.
