This parent and Grandparent does, just won a custody battle for our Grandson aged 13, from a Crazy mother who also smokes weed. Our Lawyer kicked her ass after 4 other Lawyers said we’d never get the kid away from his mother. Mother had a 60-40 Custodial agreement in her favor, now it 90-10 in my son’s favor. Cost us $22,000 but we did it. Weed had no bearing in the outcome.
