Can someone explain how we should monitor the electronic communications of terrorists and spies without FISA.
They can get a freaking warrant just like it is specified in the Constitution, that's how. It isn't like they don't have rubber stamps they have on speed dial that will sign of on anything requested. They should have to at least pretend that the Constitution means something.
I'm not surprised one tiny bit that you support this crap.
