Whataburger was bought out a couple years ago by a Chicago company. They were family owned out of Corpus Christi and had a superb product. I think it’s changed hands a couple times.

A good simple burger is really hard to find. I have a place in Tulsa I’ve been going for over 20 years. It is real hole in the wall but perfect.

can u share? visiting Tulsa family with an abundance of home cooked delicious food always leaves us heading back to Arkansas wanting a really good burger. Family dotes on whataburger but we fail to appreciate the attraction.
